Since some of our products have a downloadable code element, a full refund is not possible, since you have access to code. However, we will work together to make sure you are happy and the code is working exactly as described on this website.

No refunds available. We are here to help and advise you. If you need help, you can purchase the Mid Service level for code integration support from infoGeniuz at anytime.

Mid Service

No refunds available. If we cannot get the code working on your site within the allotted 2 hours. We will work with you on why and what it is going to take in order to get it working. We will bring in additional resources, if needed, to accomplish this. Additional costs may be incurred, but all will be discussed and approved by you.

Full Service

You can cancel the monthly service at anytime. The setup fee is not refundable, unless we are unable to setup your landing page and form within 7 days.
